Privacy Notice
Effective date: November 05, 2026
SPH3RE collects very little information through this website: anonymous visit statistics and the details you choose to send us by email. We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or social media plugins.
Who we are
This website, sph3re.ai, is operated by SPH3RE Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (“SPH3RE”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
This notice covers sph3re.ai and its pages only. It does not cover our VR application, other products, or the third-party websites we link to, which have their own privacy terms.
Information we collect
When you visit the website
Technical request data: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, date and time. It is processed automatically by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to deliver and protect the site.
When you browse our pages
Aggregated statistics: page views, visit counts, country, referrer, browser and device type, and page load performance. These come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not identify or track individual visitors.
When you email us
Your name, email address, the content of your message and any attachments, as you provide them (for example to [email protected]).
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health data, financial account details or government identification numbers.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not set cookies. To return you to the same scroll position when you navigate back, it saves a small value in your browser’s session storage. That value stays on your device, is never sent to us and is deleted when you close the tab.
Because the site uses no cookies or tracking technologies, it does not show a cookie consent banner.
Web Lite room
If you turn on hand control, your browser asks for camera access. Your video is processed on your device to recognise your hands. It is not recorded or sent to us. Photos you take in the room stay on your device unless you choose to save or share them.
The room loads fonts from Google Fonts, software libraries from jsDelivr and, for hand control, a model from Google. These providers receive your IP address when your browser requests those files.
How we use information
Deliver the website, keep it secure and prevent abuse
Uses technical request data. Legal basis where GDPR applies: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Understand how the website is used and improve it
Uses aggregated, anonymous statistics. Legal basis where GDPR applies: our legitimate interest in improving our website.
Reply to your enquiry
Uses your email and its contents. Legal basis where GDPR applies: steps you ask us to take before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to you.
Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes
Uses any of the above, as needed. Legal basis where GDPR applies: legal obligation or legitimate interest.
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), we rely on the consent you give by visiting the site and contacting us, and on the exceptions the Act allows for these purposes.
We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you. We will only add you to a mailing list if you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that process it for us under contract:
Cloudflare, Inc.
Website hosting, content delivery, security and Web Analytics.
Google LLC (Google Workspace)
Email for our @sph3re.ai addresses.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case this notice will continue to apply.
International transfers
Our providers operate worldwide, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States and other countries where Cloudflare and Google run their infrastructure. Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses and data processing terms, and by the comparable standard of protection the PDPA requires.
How long we keep it
- Technical request data: kept by Cloudflare for the short periods it needs to deliver and secure the site, under its own retention policies.
- Analytics: aggregated statistics that do not identify you, kept for as long as they remain useful.
- Emails: kept while we need them to respond to you and for our business records, for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to our email and hosting accounts is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and how we have used it
- correct inaccurate data
- delete your data
- object to or restrict how we use it
- receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting earlier use
To make a request, email us at the address below. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, or in Singapore to the Personal Data Protection Commission.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, GitHub and SideQuest. These are plain links: no data is shared with those services unless you click through, after which their privacy policies apply.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our website or practices change. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If we start using cookies or new tracking tools, we will update this notice before doing so.
